Each programme is specially designed and takes place across 12 weeks. All successful applicants attend Agent Academy two days a week.
The 12 week programme educates 10 specially-selected young people on the fundamentals of marketing and introduces them to a host of expert witnesses and leaders from different sectors, industries and backgrounds. Students also engage with a number of key organisations from across the wider city region to support their development, helping them establish and expand their personal networks.
Our young people put their new knowledge and skills into practice with a set challenge, tasked by a real-life client – this is their own, live, hands-on project.

We started off the 12-week programme by having a day of introductions and learning about each other using the concept of ‘flash dates’; we spent 5 minutes at first getting to know each other with quick questions and we did a short presentation on our partner. It was a nice spin on the usual introductions and provided an excellent platform for us to show off our art skills which I’m sure would inspire envy.
