An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented, passionate and committed admin assistant to join our ambitious, dedicated and growing team, based in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle.

Here’s what the role will involve…

General Administration

General communications – as the first point of contact for queries, you will be responsible for responding and fielding enquires appropriately.

Daily diary management for the director, liaising with partners, clients and the wider team.

Daily administration – supporting the daily administration of Agent Academy which includes activities like organising meetings, interviews, guest list management and responding to enquiries.

Meeting management – organising all meetings including writing agendas, recording minutes and sharing actions.

Database Management.


Capture all relevant data and information required for our records and reports.

Designing and implementing speaker and students’ evaluations.

Supporting the production of funder, client and partner reports including impact measurement.


Awareness and engagement with the conversation that’s going on across all social channels.

Supporting all social media and marketing activity, where required.

Create monthly blog post, aligned with Agent Academy communications strategy.

Proactive in approach to learning, to develop and further skills.

External Relations

Networking and attending regular events to support business development opportunities.

Develop industry connections and initiate new business opportunities.

Carry out administration for the planning of regular partnership and alumni events through managing the database of attendees and supporting the smooth running of events.

Support registration of attendees and evaluation for all training events and other one-off digital skills sessions.

Experience of using all social media platforms with a creative approach to generating interesting, innovative content and campaigns that grab the attention of our audience.

Flexibility and a willingness to coordinate and attend out of hours’ events to represent and promote Agent Academy to existing and new networks.

A positive outlook and can-do approach – always be looking for new ways to make operations more efficient and effective.

Flexible and adaptable – you will be ready for any task that comes your way, often at the last minute.

You’ll be an open-minded, team player who works well with people from all backgrounds and disciplines.

Discretion and trustworthiness – you will often handle confidential information.

Ambitious with a desire to succeed whilst enabling others to do the same.

The technical part.

The salary for this role is £15,000 to £17,000 p.a. dependent on experience and ability. A full benefits package will be made available including flexible working hours, monthly massages, access to bikes and of course the opportunity to walk Agent’s head of security, Leo the poodle.
