Mental Health Awareness

Future -

Mental health in the UK is at a tipping point, especially for young people. According to recent research published in the LiUK 2024 report, young people aged 16 – 24 report some of the lowest levels of life satisfaction and highest levels of anxiety across all age groups. Financial pressure, social isolation, uncertainty about the future and a relentless digital culture all play a role. But there is hope and we can take action.

At Agent Academy, we believe that change starts with the people most impacted. That’s why our Rise learners don’t just talk about mental health they actively lead campaigns, spark conversations and create peer support groups to challenge stigma and empower each other.

So, as Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we’re spotlighting their work with a curated list of their personal tips, wellbeing resources and their favourite free public places to visit when they need a reset.  Hopefully you can use this list throughout the year!
