FLY.

We care about supporting emerging leaders in our region, especially those who didn't have the privilege of ready-made networks or might not have grown up in a household where corporate business talk was the norm at the dinner table.

For many young leaders, the career climb can still feel lonely, like there is a secret club that they're not yet part of. And that’s why we wanted to bring something to the table that would level the playing field and help future leaders to Fly.

Overview.

Fly is our emerging leadership and growth programme for ambitious people who want to progress in their careers, lead with purpose and make an impact.

The programme will introduce participants to some of the most senior leaders from across the region for candid and intimate knowledge-sharing sessions. There will be time for introspective reflection, for practical application and for peer-to-peer coaching.

Fly combines a nationally recognised qualification in relationship marketing with Agent Academy’s industry-led programme of learning and expert insights.

Fly is practical and focused on real-world learning. Throughout the programme, each participant will work on a project that creates measurable value for their own organisation.

By the end of the programme, our emerging leaders will have developed a keen commercial awareness, a deeper understanding of digital transformation and adoption, honed confident pitching skills and, most of all, developed deep, lifelong connections that will support them for the rest of their careers.
